A Dickens Christmas" In Biltmore Village celebrates the history, culture, arts, and architectural treasure for which the Village has become renowned. "A Dickens Christmas" is scheduled for Friday & Saturday, December 1st & 2nd, 2023. For the last 30+ years, this annual holiday event has been delighting children of all ages and bringing the spirit of the holiday season to bear in Historic Biltmore Village.

The magic and charm of Historic Biltmore Village, filled with Dickens carolers and lit with holiday lights after dark, is truly unparalleled. We invite everyone to come and visit, warm their heart, and get into the holiday spirit. Experience the enchantment, complete your holiday shopping, and dine in seasonal splendor during the Biltmore Village "A Dickens Christmas" and begin your own holiday season tradition.

Friday, December 1:

Roving carolers, performers and musicians will invoke the feelings of an old time Christmas all around the Historic Biltmore Village shopping district beginning at 3 until 6 p.m. 

The Cathedral Christmas Market - Craft market vendors will be on-site at the All Souls Cathedral grounds selling various crafts or delicious treats from 3 to 7 p.m.

Cathedral doors will open at 6:30 p.m. for a night of Christmas Jazz at the Cathedral featuring Dr. Bill Bares (piano), Zack Page (bass) and Alan Hall (drums).  The concert starts at 7 p.m. and ends around 9 p.m.. There is a suggested donation at the door. 

Saturday, December 2:

The Cathedral Christmas Market - Craft market vendors will be on-site at the All Souls Cathedral grounds selling various crafts or delicious treats from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m.

Roving carolers, performers and musicians will invoke the feelings of an old time Christmas all around the Historic Biltmore Village shopping district beginning at 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. 

There will be no tree lighting or evening hour activities this year.
